Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of dburnspettreats.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with D Burns Pet Treats ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

D Burns Pet Treats is a family run business based in the North West, supplying natural pet treats nationwide. If you need to contact us for any reason, please email dburnspettreats@yahoo.com.

When you place an order through the Site you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract between us is formed once we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where a pricing error has been identified, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on the Site are in GBP (£). Retail prices include VAT where applicable. Trade prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; the applicable VAT is added at checkout or when a draft order is invoiced.

Payment is due in full before your order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. In the case of trade orders, payment may be requested against an invoice issued by us.

While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price, or to cancel it.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £39.99. Delivery charges for orders under this value will be shown at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Because we supply consumable food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons. If a product arrives damaged, defective or is otherwise not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Trade accounts are available to approved businesses. Access is granted at our discretion following review of your application. We may amend, suspend or withdraw trade access at any time.

Trade prices, minimum order values and any other trade-specific terms communicated to you form part of your account agreement with us.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and product information — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased through it is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Our processing of any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that will apply to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
